    The goal introducing students with a developmental line of teachers' status at school ; a understanding of the importance of the teaching profession and the needs of the development of teacher competences; -considering students with numerous l studies which are a prerequisite for constitution and development of this discipline; Understanding the new concept of professional development teachers.
    The outcome - knowledge of the position of teachers in the school of the past and present; -information about the role, functions and competencies of teachers as actors in the educational-educational process; -competencies for making PRESET teachers program.

    Contents of lectures Peductology - teacher education. Teacher at school, yesterday, today, tomorrow. -Apply in determining the roles and functions of teachers. -Determinante of professional competencies of teachers. Teacher's teaching (teacher research). - Teacher's perceptions of students.
    Contents of exercises - The teacher's teaching style - pedagogical guidance. - Pigmalion in the classroom? Teacher and management in the classroom. -Professional teacher development (PRESET AND INSET).
