      The goal The aim of the course is to give theoretical knowledge and the knowledge of methodological technics, so the students could be able to reflect and do some research in modern societies on the issues of entrepreneurship, as well as on the development of human resources and skills.
      The outcome The students are enabled to understand modern entrepreneurship business and do research in this area. They should be able to follow and develop new theoretical and methodological possibilities of research on the issues of entrepreneurship; to understand and develop business ethics, professional communication in the country and internationally.
      Contents
      Contents of lectures Sociological research of entrepreneurship, management and marketing (especially public relations); modernization of work, technical and technological development; entrepreneurship business and social power; neoliberal ideology and transformation of work; post-socialist transformation of work; cultural factors of entrepreneurship; ethno-national characteristics and entrepreneurship; gender issues and entrepreneurship; human resources and entrepreneurship; social and cultural capital; the future of work.
      Contents of exercises Analysis of the sociological research of entrepreneurship and in other sciences; presentation of methodological issues of entrepreneurship and business ethics.
